During the early morning hours of November 18, 2017, Waterloo Regional Police received a report of a robbery in the area of 170 University Avenue West. A male was walking alone on a community trail, located between the plaza at 170 University Avenue West and the University of Waterloo campus, when he was approached by two males. The suspects demanded the victim hand over his personal items. The victim was able to run away. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 519-570-9777 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
