On December 1, 2015 at 6:48 p.m., the Guelph Police received a property damage complaint. It is alleged that a dispute over the driving of a male on a dirt bike on Silvercreek Parkway North escalated as he called the female driver names and asked her to step out of her vehicle. He then smashed the passenger side mirror of the car before leaving the area.
The male is described as white, medium build, approximately 5’8”, in his late thirties. He was wearing a red helmet and a white snow suit.
