On September 26, 2016 at 6:15 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of Road Rage at the intersection of Columbia Street West and Westmount Road in Waterloo. A male driver reported being cut off while driving westbound on Columbia Street towards Westmount. He stopped at the intersection, got out of his vehicle and got into a physical confrontation with the driver of the other vehicle. As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old Kitchener man has been arrested and charged with Assault and Mischief to Property Under $5000.
