On Saturday September 22, 2012 at 9:20 p.m., the Guelph Police Service received a call to an address on Harvard Road Guelph with regard a noisy party. Information was received that a person was seen getting into the trunk of a car in the area of that house party. The vehicle was located and stopped at the intersection of Gordon Street and Stone Road Guelph. The car was found to have five occupants (including the driver), and a sixth male concealed in the trunk.
A 21-year-old female was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle with Person in Trunk” and “G2 license holder – more passengers than seatbelts.” Her driver’s license was suspended for seven days
