(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Sunday September 30, 2012 at approximately 10:29pm County of Wellington OPP officers were conducting RIDE spot checks on County 34 east of Townline Road, Puslinch Twp. At this time and location officers investigated the driver of a 2004 Ford Mustang that came upon the checkpoint. During the investigation police located a small quantity of marihuana.
Trevor Neil aged 27 of Kitchener has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 16, 2012 to answer to the charge.
