(BRANT TWP, ON) – On December 6, 2012 at 4:50 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a White Ford pickup on Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township. The truck was located on Bruce County Road 2 in Brant Township and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 57 year old Richard LOUTHER of Brant Township has been charged with Impaired operation, Operate over 80 milligrams, Drive while suspended and Drive with no insurance. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 14, 2013 to answer to the charges.
