(CHESLEY, ON) – On June 29th, 2012 at 11:12 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along 4th Avenue in Chesley stopped a Black Dodge Ram and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 50 year old Richard JORDAN of Chesley has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 20th, 2012 to answer to the charges.
