(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On March 8, 2013 at approximately 5:00 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped a Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) that was travelling westbound on King Street in Hensall. The officer completed a driver’s licence check on the male driver; this check revealed the driver held a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Richard GOWAN, 56, from Bluewater has been charged with Driving While Suspended. He has a court date scheduled for Provincial Offences Court, Goderich on May 7, 2013.
