On July 23, 2014 at 1:58 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the area of Speedvale Avenue and Victoria Road after the report of a car striking a hydro pole and the three male occupants leaving on foot. Police located the males and investigation led to the arrest of the driver.
Richard Dadd, 24 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on September 2, 2014.
