Richard Carroll – Child Pornography

On Thursday, July 18, 2013 the London Police Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a Rosewood Avenue residence in the city of London. The search warrant was part of a child pornography investigation that began in May, 2013. As a result of the evidence obtained, 46-year-old Richard Carroll was charged with the following Criminal Code offences;

Three counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)

Two counts of make available child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3)

Access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1)

The London Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet. The Strategy has been made possible by a grant from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
