(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Ricardo SPENCE, wanted in relation to trafficking of a person, living off the avails, and assault with a weapon.
SPENCE, age 30 of Ottawa, is known to frequent this area as well as Mississauga, Niagara Falls and London.
He is described as black male, 6 ft 1 inch tall (185 cm), about 200 lbs (91 kg), short black hair, English speaking (See attached photo.)
