ALERT MOTORISTS REPORT IMPAIRED DRIVER 2013-07-23
(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – On Saturday July 20, 2013 at approximately 9:48 pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received traffic complaints of a westbound Dodge Ram truck travelling on Wellington County Road 36 in an unsafe manner. Police Officers were able to locate the motor vehicle at Highway 6 and Puslinch-Flamborough Townline. The male driver was spoken with and officers determined alcohol had been consumed.
Ricardo SOUSA-DIAS age 34 of Burlington has been charged with Impaired Operation and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on August 16, 2013 to answer to the charge.
