On Saturday November 17, 2012 at 7:15 a.m., the Guelph Fire Department and Guelph Police Service responded to a house fire at 17 Clive Avenue, Guelph.
The fire was extinguished, and a male was located inside the residence.
Walter DUDA 91 years of Guelph was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The damage to the residence is estimated at $350,000.
The Guelph Police Service, Guelph Fire Department and the Ontario Fire Marshall’s office are currently investigating this incident.
