Residential Break and Enter suspect identified

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit Has identified the suspect in this matter.

Akinyemi WILLIAMS, 26 years old of Ottawa, turned himself in to police at the Elgin Street Station on Tuesday, June 9. He has been charged with Break & Enter and Breach of Peace Bond.

He appeared in court on June 10th.

Residential Break and Enter suspect to be identified

(Ottawa)— The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit is seeking public assistance to identify a male suspect following a Break and Enter at a residence on Russell Avenue.

After 2:00pm on May 7th 2015, the suspect male entered a residential unit and committed a Break and Enter.

The male is described as a black male in his early 20’s, medium build weighing 140-160lbs (64 – 73 kg). He was wearing a dark hat, camouflage tank top, blue jeans and Nike shoes.
