(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Wednesday April 11, 2012, Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a residence on Blake St. E. near Davidson Ave. in Listowel where a home-owner was reporting the theft of tools from his attached garage.
It was determined that the victim had left his large overhead garage door open during the night. The lights and the radio had also been left on inside. Sometime between 10 p.m. on Tuesday April 10th and 7 a.m. on Wednesday April 11th the suspect(s) entered the garage and removed the following items:
– DeWalt radio and charger
– 18 volt cordless DeWalt Drill – with a red Robinson bit in the chuck
-DeWalt corded bench grinder in a black plastic case (case contains grinding wheels).
The two vehicles in the garage were locked and therefore not entered.
