On Sunday August 21st, 2016 at approximately 9:25 p.m. an unknown suspect discharged a firearm into an apartment located at 100 Donald St, Kitchener. The shotgun shell was lodged into the ceiling of the apartment through a rear door. The lone suspect fled the area in a motor vehicle.
No one suffered any injuries and this incident is believed to be isolated and there are no concerns for public safety.
