(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a break and enter on July 13, 2015, to a residence located on Highway 6 in Wellington North Township in which firearms were stolen. This occurred sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Police were advised that the homeowner stopped by his residence at approximately 10:30 a.m. and observed a male known to him parked at the end of his driveway. The two men entered onto the property, had a brief conversation and then departed. When the complainant returned home, he discovered two rifles and two B.B. guns missing along with other property.
