(Bradford, ON) On Thursday, June 9, 2016, just after 11:00 p.m., South Simcoe Police officers investigated a man outside of a Bradford restaurant. It was discovered that the man was on bail for a previous charge and one of the conditions of his release was to remain at home unless accompanied by his surety. Since he was alone, the 33 year old Bradford man was arrested and charged with Fail To Comply Recognizance. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
