(Innisfil, ON) A 35 year old Innisfil man has found himself before the courts again following an incident at local pizza shop Tuesday afternoon. South Simcoe Police were called to the Innisfil Beach Road business around 3:00 p.m., after receiving reports the man was causing a disturbance. North Division officers spoke to the man, quickly determining that he was intoxicated.
The man was arrested and taken back to the station where officers learned the man had been before the courts last December on criminal charges and was placed on probation by a Provincial Court Judge. One of the man’s conditions was to abstain from the consumption of alcohol. As a result, he has been charged with Breach of Probation and will be appearing for a Bail Hearing in Barrie later this morning.
