(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) –On January 22, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a suspended driver operating a black 2003 Chevrolet pick-up truck on Cameron Drive and French Bay Road, Saugeen First Nation.
A 31-year-old male from South Bruce Peninsula was charged with two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Suspended for; unpaid fines and for remedial measures due to a previous charge of over 80 mgs.
The black 2003 Chevrolet pick-up truck was subsequently seized for a 7 day mandatory impoundment, under the Highway Traffic Act.
He is scheduled to appear before the courts on February 22, 2016 to answer to the charges.
