(GODERICH, ON) – A 19 year old male driver is facing a charge of Fail to Stop for a Red Light and a three day driver’s licence suspension after he was stopped by police on September 13, 2014. At approximately 4:45 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed the driver of a westbound Pontiac Grand Prix fail to stop for a red light at the intersection of Suncoast Drive and Bayfield Road. Upon stopping the driver and speaking with the male driver police noted the driver had been drinking alcohol.
A roadside screening test was completed and the driver registered a warn range suspension. The 19 year old male driver from Central Huron was charged with Red Light – Fail to Stop and his driver’s licence was suspended for three days.
