Record Breaking 2016 for Building in North Perth

2016 was another record-breaking year for building in North Perth.

By the end of 2016, a new building record in the municipality was set with 144 dwelling units created and 368 building permits issued (compared to 97 dwelling units created and 336 building permits issued in 2015).

The successful 2016 building year is more notable when comparing permit values:

In 2015, the value of the 336 building permits issued was almost $43.1 million.

In 2016, the value of the 368 building permits issued was almost $62.7 million.
