Incident: On May 27, 2015 a Community Patrol Officer performed a traffic stop on King George Road. The driver a 53 year old male was issued a demand to provide by the roadside an approved screening device. The results were a fail and the accused was arrested and transported to the BPS. The accused provided two samples of his breath which is required by law. The results were a reading of 212 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood and the second reading was 209 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The accused a 53 year old Brantford man is charged with Over 80 milligrams. The accused was released with a future court date.
