On Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m., police responded to the area of Columbia St. W. and Albert St. in the city of Waterloo to investigate an apparent road rage incident involving one driver cutting off another. It was alleged that during the incident both driver’s exited their vehicle’s and engaged in an argument. During this time, one of the driver’s produced a knife and threatened to harm the other driver, before fleeing the scene. As a result of the police investigation, a 53 year old Waterloo male was arrested and stands charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
