(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday May 05, 2013 around 9 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer patrolling Main St. West in Listowel observed a Chevy pickup truck with a radar detector inside the vehicle.
The vehicle was pulled over by police and the radar detector was seized. The 19 year old male driver, a resident of the Municipality of North Perth was charged with drive motor vehicle with speed measuring warning device, this carries with it an associated fine of $170. This driver also accumulated 3 demerit points.
