(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On March 18, 2017 at approximately 12:21 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint regarding a pick-up truck travelling at an excessive speed northbound on Hwy. 6 in the Township of Chatsworth.
Police located the suspect vehicle, a 2004 GMC Sierra pick-up truck, travelling more than 50 km/hr over the posted 80 km/hr zone on Hwy. 6.
48-year old Darald DAVIS, of Owen Sound, was charged with Race Motor Vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
