Purse Stolen From Unlocked Vehicle

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Wednesday morning March 16, 2011, Perth County OPP officers in Mitchell were informed that a ladies purse had been stolen from an unlocked car which was parked in a driveway on Henry St. in Mitchell.

Investigation revealed that sometime between 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday March 15, 2011 and 9 a.m. on Wednesday March 16, 2011, an unknown person entered the owner’s unlocked vehicle and removed her purse from inside. The purse is made of green cotton fabric and has a star on the side. A brown leather wallet was inside the purse containing the owner’s personal identification including drivers licence, SIN card and credit cards.
