Public To Decide WFP’s Future At North Huron Council Meeting 21Dec2015 – Fix It Or Flush It Ultimatum

Wingham Free Press is offering to change the “tone” of our site to a “positive” one. This comes at a great cost, your participation in our Democracy 7pm 21Dec2015 @ Wingham Town Hall.

So far the WFP has failed to motivate North Huron council to uphold section 224 of the Municipal Act. Petitions, debate and online shaming have failed to get council to act and fix Wingham, and your help is now desperately needed…or else.

After the 21Dec North Huron council meeting, WFP will decide the future “tone” of the site based on the number of people that attend the council meeting and question council.

If attendance is good and the Public gets commitments from council to immediately start addressing the Public’s concerns and key issues, WFP’s tone will change to a “positive” one as it covers these changes. WFP will then launch our “Wingham Winter Wonderland” campaign to our 100,000+ readers, and let them know Wingham is on the track to recovery and Hope is restored.

If there is poor attendance and no one questions council, WFP Bloggers will collaborate and produce the World’s most “negative”, yet historically accurate, campaign to encourage everyone to evacuate and avoid Wingham at all costs. Take a few minutes and remember some of the things that have happened in Wingham over the last 20 years and how horrifying it would be if the Public was constantly reminded of those facts via WFP’s “infamous” rhetoric.

By now you all know what the issues are facing Wingham and have ideas how to fix them. If you are tired of all the negative headlines, then you must act and help create positive ones. Attend the 21Dec2015 North Huron council meeting and demand change and don’t leave until council commits to action.
