(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On December 8, 2014 at 5:59 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break, enter and theft from a residence along Concession 12 east in Carrick Township. Sometime between 9:30 am on December 6, 2014 and 7:00 pm on December 7, 2014, the home was entered and firearms were taken. The list of stolen guns includes 2 Remington 12 gauge shotguns, a Browning bolt action .308, a Winchester Tikka T3. 270, a Cooey bolt action .22 and a Traditions Pursuit black powder gun. The value of the stolen firearms is estimated to be more than $4,000.
