The Chatham-Kent Police Service has received information from a concerned citizen who observed a large black cat walking along Countryview Line near Kent Bridge Road on Sunday night around 10:00 p.m.
The animal was pure black in colour with a stocky build and yellow eyes. The animal appeared to be about 2 ½ feet in height.
Police would like to ensure that citizens in this area are aware of the information for their own personal safety and the safety of small pets.
