Health Unit Plumbing and Sewage Systems Related

Inspections User Fees provided by the County of Huron

To be held on

Wednesday September 2nd, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.

This Notice is given under the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, Section 173(3) and Building Code, O.Reg. 403/97 Section 2.23. The Council of the Corporation of the County of Huron will be holding a Public Meeting on Wednesday September 2nd, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in the Court House Council Chambers, Goderich to provide information and receive public input on a proposed amendment to By-law 11-2006, Schedule “C” Health Unit Plumbing and Sewage Systems Related Inspections User Fees provided by the County of Huron.

All written comments on this issue shall be received by County Clerk Susan Cronin, by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 1st, 2015 at 1 Courthouse Square, Goderich, Ontario for inclusion in the Public Meeting.
