(CHATSWORTH, ON) – Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) report that all Provincial Highways and County Roads within Grey County are now open.
Although the roads are passable, motorists should take care when traveling as the roads may be narrow in places due to the amount of snow accumulation. All snowplows and blowers are out moving snow.
Many municipal sideroads are still congested.
Grey County OPP wish to remind the public not to call the local OPP Detachment or the Provincial Communications Centre in London for road/weather conditions. Dispatchers are extremely busy answering Calls for Service”. Do not call 9-1-1 unless you have a legitimate emergency.
