On Friday October 10, 2014 at approximately 3:00am members of Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to a car dealership at 130 Ottawa Street N in the city of Kitchener for a mischief report. Three male suspects were reported to be causing damage to motor vehicles. The damage is estimated at approximately $3000. Responding officers observed the three males, who fled when police attempted to speak with them. With assistance from the canine unit all three male suspects were arrested. Police are also investigating a report of an assault on a male and involving the three suspects in the mischief incident. The assault victim was not injured. Three Kitchener males, 18, 19, 20 years have been charged with trespassing, assault and mischief. One male faces additional charges of assault and resisting arrest.
