Shortly after midnight on April 28, 2015, Barrie Police officers stopped a suspicious vehicle that was continuously circling the downtown core and questioned the driver. As a result of the traffic stop and interaction with the male driver and passenger, officers located cannabis marihuana and the both occupants were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The two males were released from custody on at the scene and will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
