Waterloo Region, Ontario – Tom Galloway, Chair of the Waterloo Regional Police Services Board, today announced the appointment of Superintendent Kevin Thaler to the position of Deputy Chief of Police. The announcement follows the retirement of Deputy Chief Stephen Beckett.
