The Guelph Police Service would like to speak to the person depicted in this photograph which was recently published on social media. The person in this image has not been identified as either a suspect or a witness in any criminal offence. However, we are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this individual who may be of Asian descent and may be operating a red car.
