Mississauga – Officers from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect in a Fentanyl prescription Fraud.
In May and July 2016 fraudulent prescriptions for Fentanyl were faxed to three different pharmacies in the city of Mississauga. The female suspect then attended two of the pharmacies in Mississauga and attempted to pick up the prescription however she was refused the prescription.
On July 7th 2016 the suspect made an attempt to contact a pharmacy to obtain a prescription for Fentanyl but was refused over the telephone.
The suspect is described as female black, approximately 25 years-old, 5’8”, 135 pounds, slim build, and straight black hair with blonde highlights. The female used a fraudulent citizenship card bearing the name Christina CAMPBELL. She also used the name Stacey JOHNSON.

Fentanyl is a powerful pain medication and is potentially life-threatening if not taken properly.
Fentanyl is used for chronic pain management. It is skin permeable and will be immediately absorbed upon contact with skin. Overdose of this drug can result in difficulty breathing, leading to respiratory and cardiac arrest.
Police are reminding the public to report any unidentified substances to police immediately. If located, do not touch the patches to avoid accidental absorption. Do not ingest any medications or drugs unless they have been specifically prescribed to you by your doctor. Seek medical attention immediately if you have an adverse physical reaction to any ingested substance.
Investigators are appealing to the public for assistance.
