On September 7, 2014 at 5:36 a.m., an intoxicated male was observed on the front steps of a residence on Suffolk Street West and Yorkshire Street. It is alleged that the unknown male was masturbating as two females arrived at this address. The females called police and the male fled on foot from the area. A search was conducted but the man was not located.
The male is described as white, late 30’s to early 40’s, 5’8-5’11, 170-180 pounds, medium build, with short dark buzzed hair. He is clean shaven, wearing a plain black t-shirt and blue jeans.
