Waterloo Regional Police are releasing the attached composite image in connection with a sexual assault investigation in Waterloo and are appealing to the community for information.
On Sunday, October 20, 2013, between approximately 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., a four year old child was sexually touched by an unknown male. The incident occurred in the area of the victim’s residence on Barrie Place, Waterloo.
The suspect is described as: white, male, with lightly tanned skin, 30-40 years of age, 6 feet 6 inches tall, no facial hair, big cheeks, flat chin, short hair, dark green baseball cap, navy blue zip up jacket, blue jeans and oval shaped eyeglasses. (composite photograph attached)
