Police release images of Waterloo robbery suspect with appeal for information

Waterloo Regional Police are releasing security camera images of a male wanted in connection with a Waterloo robbery and are appealing for any information that leads to the male’s identity.

Synopsis: On Sunday November 24, 2013 shortly before 7:00 p.m. Waterloo Regional Police responded to a gas bar near Westmount Rd North and Father David Bauer Drive in the city of Waterloo for a robbery. A lone male wearing a “Halloween” mask, entered the business carrying an edged weapon and demanded money.

The male left the business after gaining an undisclosed amount of cash. No persons were hurt as a result of the robbery.
The male is described as being possibly white, late 20’s to early 30’s, 5’3” with an average build and was wearing a baggy black hoody.
