(ST.MARYS, ON) On Friday morning July 13, 2012, a Perth County OPP officer in St.Marys observed a motorcycle at a residence along Queen St. East. The motorcycle was partially under a tarp. The officer was able to see the license plate and a subsequent check confirmed that the motorcycle had been stolen from London some time in June.
A male located at the residence was determined to have been the driver of the motorcycle. Duane Lewis (43) of London has been charged with “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00†and with “failing to comply with direction in detention orderâ€Â. He was arrested and is in custody; he is to appear in Stratford bail court on Monday July 16, 2012.
