(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Tuesday January 10, 2012 at approximately 4:30 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer on rural patrol located a GMC Sierra pickup truck partially in the ditch on Road 130 south west of Brunner. The truck was registered to a Mitchell area resident who was immediately contacted by police and questioned about his truck. He stated that around 3 a.m. he heard a vehicle in the driveway of his rural residence west of Mitchell. He looked out the window but nothing suspicious was observed. He figured he’d check things out in the morning. The owner admitted that the keys had been left in the pickup truck.
