On August 19th 2015, at approximately 11:27 a.m. Police stopped a Mazda motor vehicle on Main St in the City of Cambridge. During the stop, the driver fled the scene striking a Police Officer causing minor injuries. The vehicle fled from Police. The driver has been identified and the investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Waterloo Regional Police Service at 519-650-8500 ex. 2299.
