On Thursday, December 11, 2014, at 12:03 a.m., police responded to a call for assault in progress at York Mills Road and the Don Valley Parkway overpass.
It is reported that:
– a dark 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 with licence plate BNPC 119 was seen driving, erratically, southbound on the Don Valley Parkway
– the driver appeared to be assaulting a woman in the car
– the Mercedes exited onto York Mills Road and the woman got out
– the driver also got out, assaulted the woman again, and forced her back into the car
The woman is described as a shorter, black, approximately 25, with long curly black hair wearing a black hooded winter jacket.
Investigators are concerned for her safety and believe she may have suffered serious injuries. The Mercedes has not yet been located.
Police are releasing an image of a similar car. If anyone knows the whereabouts of the car, driver or the woman involved, they are urged to call investigators.
