On October 27, 2014 at 5:35 p.m., the Guelph Police Service went to the area of Woodlawn Road and Victoria Road for a hit and run collision. A caller reported that a truck went over a curb and struck a sign and almost struck a pedestrian before fleeing the scene. Police could not locate the vehicle and the sign damage was reported to the city.
The truck is described as either a Ford or Chevrolet two door blue pickup. The driver is a white male with blonde hair and was alone in the vehicle.
