(SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – The South Bruce OPP has received 4 reports of coin thefts from pop machines during the overnight hours of April 17th/April 18th, 2012:
On April 18th, 2012 at 8:41 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a coin theft from the pop machine at Wright’s Foodland along Durham Street East in Walkerton. During the late evening hours of April 17th, 2012, the pop machine was forcibly opened and a quantity of coins was taken.
On April 18th, 2012 at 9:18 am, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a coin theft from the pop machine at McCulloch Fuels along Bruce County Road 3 in the town of Paisley. Sometime between 7:00 pm on April 17th, 2012 and 7:00 am on April 18th, 2012, the pop machine was forcibly opened and a quantity of coins was taken.
On April 18th, 2012 at 8:57 am, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a coin theft from the pop machine at Dillon’s Food Market on Queen Street North in Paisley. Sometime between 9:45 pm on April 17th, 2012 and 9:00 am on April 18th, 2012 the pop machine was forcibly opened and a quantity of coins was taken.
On April 18th, 2012 at 8:07 am, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a coin theft form the pop machine in front of the Paisley Arena on Queen Street North in Paisley. Sometime during the overnight hours of April 17th/April 18th, 2012, the pop machine was forcibly entered and a quantity of coins was taken.
Anyone with information on these incidents is asked to call the South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
