On Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at approximately 8:00 p.m., police were called to a residence in Blenheim regarding domestic violence. A female at the residence alleged that her boyfriend had assaulted her and she further disclosed a number of historical offences to police. The female did not suffer any serious injuries. The man fled prior to police arrival and despite an extensive search of the area, police were unable to locate him.
An arrest warrant is being sought for the 28 year old Blenheim man. The incident remains under investigation.
