The Owen Sound Police Service’s Criminal Investigation Branch and Forensic Identification Services, with the assistance the Ontario Provincial Police Forensic Identification Services, are investigating the discovery of a lone male occupant who was located deceased inside a pick-up truck on the frozen inner Owen Sound harbour.
The deceased and truck was located by two men shortly before 8:00 am this morning. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of this male.
