(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – Due to the severe weather we have had the past week, the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to encourage local residents to check on their elderly neighbours, especially in some of the more remote parts of the Northern Bruce Peninsula, to ensure their well-being and make sure they do not require assistance with food, fuel, supplies or help getting their driveways plowed out.
*** If you know of anyone nearby, please check on them to make sure they are safe and able to get out of their driveways
*** If you see no activity around the home and are unable to make contact, please phone the Bruce Peninsula OPP to have the residence checked.
