(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On October 11, 2016, at approximately 2:09 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break, enter, and theft incident in progress.
Officers attended and located the accused still in the residence. The 29-year-old male was placed under arrest and held in custody.
It was determined that he had entered the unlocked residence between approximately 9:45 p.m., on October 10, 2016, and 12:00 a.m. on October 11, 2016, while the homeowner was away, and remained after their return.
As a result of the police investigation, Bradley BEIERLING, from South Huron, Ontario, has been charged with break, enter a place – commit indictable offence, and theft under $5000, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was subsequently released on a recognizance, and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on November 28, 2016.
